Remove old palings first, so then enables me to inspect and replace any rotten rails, which there was a few.
By installing sub-floor battens to this weatherboard home, it enhanced the external appearance and character of this home
We made the gaps between battens smaller but still enough to allow air to circulate under the house

Some plumbing had to be relocated slightly, in order to keep a neat and tidy appearance from the outside
New screening screwed for longer life, as opposed to nails which corrode and lift with time
