We replaced the garage roller door with a sliding door and built a dividing wall to give storage on one side and a bedroom the other. Also cutting in a new internal door to the new bedroom space.
Materials used: Wall framing, Plasterboard sheeting, Aluminium sliding door, Internal door and trims.
