See the progress shots below for a kitchen floor installation job we completed recently with tasmanian oak flooring in Brisbane’s suburb of Coorparoo.
Removed existing kitchen cabinetry so that the flooring can be patched to suit the new kitchen layout
As this flooring is no longer manufactured, we had to carefully take up the existing floorboards where they will be covered by cabinetry. Thus enabling us to relocate them to cover where the old island was.
We cut in new floorboards ensuring to stagger any joins so as to create a random layout.
No need for floor sanding because these floorboards are pre-finished
