By using a wall hung vanity it gives the illusion of more space in small bathrooms. Mirrored cabinets are both functional and a great addition above the vanity.
Niches are a good way to create both interest and storage.
We installed a heat, light and fan unit in the ceiling to expel the moisture outside.
New floor tiles to toilet and paint walls and trims. Reinstate toilet.
New floor tiles to laundry floor and splashback. New tapware. Painted walls and trims also.
Waterproofing to wet areas to AS code are crucial to any bathroom reno!
Plasterer sets the walls and ceiling so the painter can paint.

We completely gutted and re-configured the bathroom. In doing so it opened up the space and made it wheelchair accessible. Also, removing the bath increased the floor area, therefore a larger shower was possible.

By removing the floor tiles we could start fresh and lay a new screed in the bathroom. We replaced the floor tiles also in the toilet and laundry which allowed us to cut out for new floor wastes.

Fitted new 1200mm wall mounted vanity and so therefore a 1200mm recessed wall cabinet to match was fitted above.

We also installed a new frameless shower screen to enable easy wheelchair access into the shower.

Bathroom taps were changed to mixers which are easier to use for the elderly.

Grab rails were fitted to assist the homeowner.

Materials used: Wall framing, Villaboard, waterproofing, frameless glass, tiles and trims.
